A Summer at ServiceNow

ServiceNow is a complex B2B product that provides cloud automation services for corporations to speed up their employee’s daily workflow. As the company’s mission statement says “ServiceNow makes work, work better for people”. The cloud-based service transforms the manual ways of employees’ day to day basis tasks into a fast and automated digital workflow.
"We drink our own champagne"
ServiceNow is big on the concept of “we drink our own champagne”. Among the 5400 enterprise customers worldwide, ServiceNow is one of them. The company proudly uses its own product internally.
The employee experience team that I joined this summer has the goal of optimizing the internal system to not only provide a better user experience for ServiceNow employees but also to use as examples to demonstrate the capability of our product to the customers.
During my twelve weeks of the timeline, I had the incredible opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers, designers, and product managers. They are very supportive of my interests and encouraged me to work on projects that involved in solving complex information architecture problems.
